Shipping
Your order will ship out within 1-3 business days from the date of your purchase. If any items are out of stock, someone will contact you to discuss an alternate shipping date.

Domestic Shipping: We ship all of our orders via USPS Priority Mail. We cannot be responsible for shipments lost by the postal service but will try to do everything to rectify any lost shipment issues. You will be charged for the amount of the shipping.

International Customers: We are currently only shipping to Canada. This may change in the future. As required by law, we complete all Customs forms according to the regulations provided by the United States Postal Service. Depending on your country's Customs policy, you may or may not owe duty and/or taxes on your purchase. It is your responsibility to pay the duties and/or taxes assessed on your purchase; we are not responsible for, nor will we reimburse you for any of these charges.

How much will shipping and handling cost me?
We ship all packages via USPS. Shipping costs are determined by weight and zone.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
If your shipping address is in the state of California, we are required by law to charge sales tax on your order of 8%.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We do our best to carefully package your shipment so that it arrives undamaged. Should you have any damages, please report them immediately to starsandscrapsquiltshop@msn.com. We will make every effort to correct the problem.


What is your return policy?
Returns are not accepted. Please know that your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions about your products or transaction.
